Shipping policy

Radikikk ships orders to serviceable addresses shown at checkout. Product availability, delivery options, shipping charges and any estimated delivery window depend on the destination and the items in the order.
Order processing
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation, or after order confirmation where Cash on Delivery is available. We may contact you if an address, phone number or other delivery detail needs clarification. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping charges
Eligible India orders above ₹499 receive free standard delivery. Any applicable charge is shown at checkout before you place the order. The amount displayed at checkout controls if it differs from a promotional message elsewhere on the site.
Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking details to the email address or phone number provided with the order. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can take time to update. Delivery may be delayed by weather, transport disruption, serviceability restrictions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Address changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected or an order needs to be cancelled. We can only make changes before dispatch and cannot guarantee that a request received after ordering can be completed.
Failed or refused delivery
Please provide a complete address and an active phone number. If an order is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful, or the parcel was refused, any reshipping charge may be payable by the customer.
Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries
If a parcel arrives damaged, an item is missing, or the wrong item was delivered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photos of the parcel, shipping label and affected item so we can investigate promptly.
