These Terms of Service govern your use of radikikk.shop and purchases from Radikikk. By visiting the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

Using the store

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when placing an order or contacting us. You are responsible for activity under your customer account and for keeping account access details secure. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity, or interfere with the security or operation of the store.

Products and information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours, dimensions and appearance can vary because of screens, photography, manufacturing batches and reasonable measurement differences. Product information may be corrected or updated without notice.

Prices, offers and payments

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the storefront and may change before an order is placed. Applicable shipping charges and discounts are shown at checkout. Payment methods, Cash on Delivery and promotional discounts are available only where displayed and may be subject to eligibility checks. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined. The ONLINE5 code is intended for qualifying online-payment orders and may be changed or withdrawn.

Orders

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not prevent us from cancelling an order before dispatch where an item is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment cannot be verified, delivery is not serviceable, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected. If we cancel a prepaid order, the paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Reviews and messages

Any review, message or other submission must reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or confidential material. We may moderate, decline or remove submissions where reasonably necessary. You retain ownership of your content but allow us to use an approved review on the store and related Radikikk communications.

Intellectual property

The Radikikk name, site design, text, graphics and other store content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, republished or commercially exploited without permission, except as permitted by law.

Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, delivery, analytics or other services. Those services may have separate terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content or operation.

Disclaimer and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated or required by law. Radikikk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Changes and availability

We may update these terms or change, suspend or discontinue site features where reasonably necessary. The version published on this page applies from its stated update date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts and consumer authorities with lawful jurisdiction may hear any dispute. We encourage customers to contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns promptly.
